I love the trigger mug.

I have used them for over 40 years. When I break one, I always order another. I find it so comfortable to use - great balance.

Trigger Mugs are a family tradition

My parents always drank from the Bennington trigger mug, and then we picked up on it. Now our kids are drinking from trigger Mugs for their morning coffee. What a great tradition and I am sure there will be generations to come. We are still hoping that someday you'll bring back the Agate Pink. It was such a pretty pattern and the ones we have are getting tarnished.

Great update to a classic Bennington product

As owners to two original Bennington trigger mug. always enjoyed our original triggger mugs with the exception that the trigger would get quite hot with hot coffee or tea The new "heavier" pottery eliminates that problem and the new speckle finishes are beautiful

Ever Lasting

I have trigger mugs I purchased around 30 years ago. I use them everyday. Recently I accidentally broke one, so I ordered 2 new ones. They look great and I'm sure they will last many decades like my originals.

An experiment

My husband had arthritis and a slight tremor. We've been trying to find a cup the is comfortable to hold without slipping. We've tried loads and the trigger handle is the winner!

Gift for a very dear friend

Bought a pair of Trigger mugs for a friend who lives out west. No special occasion. I got the green because of the Green mountains of Vermont. My friend and I spent many trips to the Burlington VT store. It brought back many happy memories. The trigger mug is now a favorite for both her her and her husband. Beautiiful mugs!!!

Quality

I was so glad to discover that the mugs I had bought decades ago are still being made! I got two new ones: one to match my newly renovated kitchen and another just because I love the color. The trigger mugs are comfortable to hold and obviously a quality product.

Mug preference.

While I am happy with the trigger mug, what I really prefer would be a return to production of the "dinner mug" I have 4 of these and prefer the slightly larger size and the handle design.

Husband loves them

We added two new mugs to our collection. These have a medium brown glaze and my husband finds the finger loops very convenient for his morning coffee. We both enjoy the weight of the mugs and the esthetic.

Trigger mugs

We ordered the green mugs to match your salad bowls. The mugs are easy to hold with a very comfortable lip edge. We mix the mugs and bowls with our fine china for a fun contrast to our table settings.

Tall trigger mug

I love the tall trigger mug. It fits into the cup holder in ALL cars. I bought some for my daughters and their spouses, too; I like the short ones for home use.

Trigger mugs

We used these in our home back in the 50's when I was a child, and I have used some through my 57 years of marriage and now the tradition continues with my grandson having some in his first apartment.

Trigger mug

So my wifes last trigger mug lasted 20+ years until the trigger fell off one day. Ordered a new one. Not quite as dark as the old one but looks the same shape size. Fast service and shipping.

Trigger Mug is excellent

The Trigger Mug is personal for me. I bought my first Trigger Mug when I was 20 when I had a woodshop in N. Adams, Mass. Now, 50 years later - the Trigger Mug is the only mug I use for my coffee. It is grounding for me, ties me to my craft background, functions beautifully, and is just beautiful.

Trigger Mug

I bought two of your black on green Trigger Mugs twenty years ago from a store in Shipshewana, IN. A few months ago, one of them got its finger holes unexpectedly came off to my dissatisfaction. So, I ordered a replacement because I wanted to have a matching pair again.

Love 'em

Bought our first trigger mugs on a visit to Bennington back in the late 1970s. They are the perfect mugs for coffee or tea -- or any hot beverage. The most recent ones are Elements Blue and quite beautiful. Wouldn't be without them!

Trigger Handle mug

I just bought the trigger handle mug. It's very nice as all Bennington pottery pieces are. I wish it was a bit larger

Love Bennington Pottery

Absolutely love Bennington Pottery. I grew up down the street from Bennington Pottery and have loved it ever since I was a kid. I have started a collection for each one of my children. I little piece of Bennington to share with them. You will not be disappointed.

This mug is wonderful. I love the craftsmanship. I love the design.

Perfect design

These mugs allow a firm grip without leaving a finger pressed up against a hot cup. And the wall are thin and gently tapered creating an elegant look.

Trigger Mug

I love my new mug. It replaces a previous mug that I had for 21 years and recently dropped. What I like about the Bennington mugs is that they keep my tea hot for a long time.

A 33 year favorite!

33 years ago, I bought a mug as a souvenir at the Smithsonian. It's been a favorite for the way it fits in my hand, perfect for cradling a hot drink on a cold day. It cracked after decades of use, and I was delighted to find that Bennington Potters is still in business and making this iconic design!

MY FAVORITE MUGS FOR DECADES

I think I got my first Bennington trigger mugs almost 50 years ago--and they were probably hand-me-downs from my parents! They were white and, over the decades, they got stained from the coffee and tea we drank. So I handed them down to *my* kids. I still have a shiny glaze blue & white speckled mug I picked up at an outlet store in Maine. But my other mugs weren't Benningtons, and they weren't comfortable in my hand. I recently decided to treat myself to 4 new mugs in the matte blue. The lip is much thinner than my old speckled mug, so I'm hoping the new ones are as sturdy. So far I love them. I also love that they are made in the USA, not just for the historic connection but because real artisans are employed and paid for their labor. I also used to have trigger soup mugs that were perfect for soup and chili. It looks like they aren't made anymore. If they're ever re-introduced, I'd replace my Fiestaware soup mugs with Bennington trigger soup mugs, too. (Hint, hint.)

A Lifelong Relationship

I grew up visiting Bennington Potters on annual family day outings to Vermont. It was one of a handful of regular places we would stop along our regular route. My father eventually ended up with a set of Bennington plates, bowls, and trigger mugs, which he brought to his parents' house in Ogunquit, Maine after they had passed. Now that my father, too, has passed on from this world, those trigger mugs hold memories of morning coffee at the antique table, overlooking the river mouth in Ogunquit, chitchatting about our lives and the day ahead. With so much that has changed since I was that kid walking through the old Bennington Potters, it is comforting that the iconic trigger mug lives on and holds for me so many memories.

Love the trigger mugs

I had 2 mugs, which I loved. Had them for years. Recently the handles broke off on both mugs. May have been our fault so will have to buy more as replacements.

Replacement Mug

My first mug we purchased on a trip to Vermont in the early 90's. I have used this coffee mug every day since. I accidentally dropped and broke it a few weeks ago. I really didn't want to break in a different coffee cup (even though I tried a couple) I love my trigger mug Geo
